Celebrating California Small Business Month
Since 2013, California Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. has declared the month of May as California Small Business Month to recognize the importance of small businesses and entrepreneurs to the state, which is home to the most small business in the U.S. – 3.8 million strong. To commemorate California Small Business Month, the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) participates in a series of small business events for the benefit of our small business community.
GO-Biz is pleased to partner with the California Community Colleges to host a one-stop website on key activities occurring during the month of May and to share information on small business programs and services available in the state.
